What will your work look like, and what will your responsibilities be?

Your main responsibility will be to deliver the visual aspects of applications and websites. For our projects, we most often use WordPress as the core platform.
You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and updating our own products, such as WordPress themes or plugins.
Working with us will allow you to showcase your skills in building the visual layer of projects with a pixel-perfect approach, using technologies like Sass and the BEM methodology.
You will be an essential part of our dev team, and we are confident that working with us will enable your growth while we learn something new from you.
Our expectations
At least two years of experience in a similar position,
Ability to implement pixel-perfect websites with attention to detail,
Good knowledge of the WordPress platform and WP coding standards – it can’t be any other way 🙂
Proficiency in HTML and CSS,
Proficiency in the Sass (SCSS) preprocessor,
Understanding of HTML code semantics,
Familiarity with the BEM methodology,
Knowledge of PHP sufficient to efficiently create WordPress themes,
Familiarity with modern JavaScript, mainly for manipulating DOM objects,
Knowledge of tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD,
Experience in implementing WordPress themes – send us a link to your repository with completed projects or a website,
Communicative English skills, both spoken and written – we often communicate with clients and partners outside of Poland in our production work, so proficiency in this language is very important to us,

We offer full-time work based on a B2B contract, but we also provide the option of flexible working hours.
We work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On Tuesdays, we finish at 5:00 PM, so on Fridays, we can wrap up by 3:00 PM and start the weekend earlier.
English is the standard in the IT industry, and most of our clients are international. In our daily work, we constantly use English. When you start working with us, you’ll have plenty of time to improve your language skills before we throw you in at the deep end.
