What can the support hours be used for? +

Almost anything WordPress: core, theme, and plugin updates, bug fixes, speed troubleshooting, content formatting, new features like forms or galleries, API integrations, and WooCommerce support including payment and shipping issues. If a task outgrows the package, we'll tell you and quote it separately - no silent hour-burning.

How fast do you respond? +

Standard tasks go into the queue by the priority you set; urgent issues - site down, checkout broken - jump it. Clients reach us through Basecamp and Slack, and quick reactions are the thing our reviews mention most.

Do you support websites you didn't build? +

Yes - most support clients come to us with sites built elsewhere. We start with a quick review so we know what we're working with, then take it from there. If the site has deeper problems, you'll hear it from us straight, with options.

How many hours will I need? +

Depends on the site and your ambitions. A stable marketing site needs a few hours a month; an active WooCommerce store needs more. Contact us, describe the site, and we'll give you a free estimate - you can always start with a small package and adjust.

Do you support WooCommerce stores? +

Yes, thoroughly: product and order updates, payment gateway and shipping troubleshooting, plus custom development when your store needs features that don't exist off the shelf.

How does pricing work? +

Prepaid hourly packages with a detailed report at the end of each one. No long-term contract - renew when you need more, pause when you don't. Payments in USD, EUR, or PLN.

Can you maintain my clients' websites white-label? +

Yes. Agencies hand us their maintenance backlog under NDA and stay the face of the service. Your clients never need to know we exist.
