Does the European Accessibility Act apply to my website? +
If you sell products or services to consumers in the EU - e-commerce in particular - very likely yes. The deadline passed in June 2025, so affected sites are expected to comply now. We're developers, not lawyers, so for edge cases ask your counsel - but the practical standard to meet is WCAG, and that part we handle end to end.
Can't I just install an accessibility overlay widget? +
We'd advise against it. Overlays don't fix the underlying code, often make screen-reader experiences worse, and haven't protected companies from complaints or audits. They cost less upfront and deliver close to nothing. Real remediation is the only version of this that works.
What level of WCAG compliance do I need? +
WCAG 2.1 level AA is the benchmark behind the European Accessibility Act and most legal frameworks. That's what we audit against and remediate to, and we keep an eye on WCAG 2.2 so new work doesn't age out.
Will accessibility changes ruin my design? +
No. Contrast adjustments, focus states, and structural fixes are made to stay visually consistent with your brand - that's part of the brief. Done well, the site looks the same to most visitors and simply works for more of them.
How long does it take to make a site compliant? +
The audit takes days; remediation depends on how many templates and components need work - typically a few weeks for a standard site. You get a concrete timeline with the audit results.
How does pricing work? +
Fixed price for the audit, then a clear quote or hourly package for remediation based on what the audit found. Payments in USD, EUR, or PLN.
Can you handle accessibility for my agency's clients? +
Yes, white-label under NDA. Compliance deadlines have made this a common request - we do the remediation, you deliver it under your brand.
