Frequently asked questions
Pricing, process, technologies, ownership - the questions we get asked before nearly every project, answered the way we'd answer them on a call. Can't find yours? The form at the bottom reaches a human.
General
What CMS platforms do you work with?
WordPress is our primary CMS - we use it for websites, custom applications, and e-commerce via WooCommerce. We also work extensively with Strapi, Sanity, Directus, and Nuxt Studio. If you prefer a different CMS, we’re happy to discuss supporting your platform of choice.
Do you offer white-label development?
Yes - it’s a core part of our business. We develop white-label solutions that agencies and studios sell under their own brand, letting you expand your offer without maintaining an in-house development team.
Can we hire your developers for our own team?
Yes, we offer dedicated developer leasing. Our developers integrate fully into your team: they follow your processes and report to your project managers, just like internal employees. It’s the fastest way to scale development capacity without long-term hiring commitments.
Will you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. We take intellectual property seriously and sign NDAs routinely - just ask, and we’ll send our standard template for review, or work from yours.
Do you also do design?
Our core focus is development, and we have a UX designer in-house for product work. For larger design scopes we maintain partnerships with experienced freelance designers - we can bring them in or work directly with your existing design team.
Pricing & payments
Do you work fixed price or time & material?
Both, depending on the project. Fixed price suits well-defined scopes - a website implementation with clear deliverables, for instance. Time & material suits larger, long-term projects with multiple development cycles, where you want the flexibility to react to user feedback and changing needs. Either way, you get detailed time estimations for every project component, so the budget is transparent from the start.
How does the prepaid hours system work?
You purchase hours upfront. Once you approve our estimation, we prepare an electronic order form with your chosen time package. Packages are valid for 4 months, and unused hours can go toward any other development tasks you choose within that window.
What does the ordering process look like?
Three steps: we prepare an electronic order form with the service description and quotation; once you accept, you receive an automatic proforma invoice; after payment we send the formal invoice and start the work.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank/wire transfer or Stripe, in USD, EUR, or PLN - whichever you prefer.
Communication & management
How do you communicate during projects?
Communication is our top priority - our Clutch reviews mention it more than anything else. Every project gets a dedicated project manager, all production work runs through Basecamp, and quick questions go through Slack. The commitments we make to every client - honest answers early, every message acknowledged, decisions written down - are public in our Communication Guide.
Can you use our project management tools instead?
Yes. Basecamp is our default, but if your team runs on ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or another platform, we integrate with your workflow rather than forcing ours.
Can I talk directly to the developers?
Yes - we believe in direct contact between clients and the people writing their code. You get access to your development team for technical discussions and quick clarifications, alongside the project manager who keeps everything organized.
Technology & process
What technologies do you specialize in?
JavaScript/TypeScript and PHP. In the JavaScript ecosystem: Vue.js and Nuxt (where we’re an Official Partner), Astro, and Node.js on the backend. In PHP: WordPress and Laravel. We also run a dedicated AI services practice for automation and AI visibility work.
How do you ensure code quality?
Through internal processes refined over 15+ years: defined coding standards, automated checks for stability, and a pull request, code review, and testing cycle for every feature. The goal is architecture that minimizes future issues, not just code that works today.
Will I own the source code?
Yes - full access to the complete source code and deployment instructions. You get everything needed to maintain and grow the project without us, which is exactly why most clients stay anyway.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes - support and maintenance packages covering updates, security patches, performance monitoring, and bug fixes, plus emergency support and new feature development as your business grows.
