Webflow to WordPress Migration

Leave Webflow. Keep everything you built there.

Webflow is a fine design tool - until the subscription, the lock-in, and the feature ceiling start costing you. We migrate your site to WordPress with the design replicated to the pixel, content intact, and your search rankings protected. What changes is who owns it: you.

What clients say

Design fidelity is the part clients worry about. Then they see it.

Pixel-perfect implementation is our standard workflow - a migration is just that workflow with a content move attached.

“It's rare to find a frontend team that builds designs with such precision, ensuring every site looks exactly as envisioned. Their commitment to high-quality work is evident in every project. Beyond their technical expertise, they’ve been great communicators, keeping us in the loop and delivering things on time.”

What you get

What you get when you work with us

01 Design

Your design, replicated to the pixel.

The new WordPress site looks exactly like your Webflow site - layouts, type, spacing, animations. Visitors won't notice the platform changed. Your team will notice the editing got easier.

02 SEO

Rankings that survive the move.

URL structures preserved, meta tags carried over, redirects mapped for anything that changes. Google keeps finding you the way it always has - migrations only hurt SEO when they're done carelessly.

03 Ownership

Actual ownership.

On Webflow, your site lives on their infrastructure on their terms. After migration you own the files, the database, and the code - host anywhere, switch providers freely, and stop renting access to your own website.

04 Growth

Room your business will grow into.

The features Webflow couldn't do - custom e-commerce logic, member systems, deep integrations - become ordinary development tasks on WordPress. Migration is the natural moment to add the ones you've been postponing.

How it works

Planned like a project, not a copy-paste.

Plan & map

We start by making the migration boring - everything inventoried and mapped before anything moves.

  • A step-by-step migration plan, so you know exactly what happens and when.
  • Content-type analysis and data mapping from Webflow's CMS into WordPress structures.
  • New site foundation built on Gutenberg and our own custom theme-and-plugin starter - modern tooling and clean coding standards throughout.

Migrate & launch

Then we move it, test it, and hand you the keys.

  • Content migrated without loss, design verified against the original page by page.
  • Full testing pass and final adjustments - launch happens after your approval, not before.
  • Deployment to your hosting, redirects live, admin accounts set up, and a tour of your new dashboard.
Why Coditive

Migration is rebuilding - hire people who build.

A Webflow migration isn't an export button; it's a rebuild on a new platform. That plays to our strength: we've hand-coded custom WordPress sites for 15+ years, so replicating your design precisely and structuring your content properly is the everyday work, not the hard part.

01

Pixel-perfect frontends are our standard, with WCAG accessibility guidelines followed throughout.

02

End-to-end handling: export, mapping, build, content move, testing, launch. You watch; we carry.

03

Honest scoping - if something about your Webflow setup makes migration not worth it yet, we'll say so.

04

White-label available for agencies moving client sites off Webflow.

Will my site look different after the migration? +

No - pixel-perfect replication is the brief. Layouts, fonts, spacing, and animations are rebuilt to match the original exactly. If you want changes, we fold them in deliberately; nothing changes by accident.

Will I lose SEO rankings? +

Not if the migration is planned, and ours are. We preserve URL structures where possible, map 301 redirects where they change, and carry over meta titles and descriptions. Google sees a continuous site, not a new one.

What happens to my Webflow CMS collections? +

They map to WordPress custom post types and fields - usually a cleaner structure than the original. Your content arrives complete and ends up easier to manage, with WordPress roles and revisions on top.

Can we add new features during the migration? +

Yes, and it's the most economical time to do it - the site is already on the workbench. E-commerce, member areas, integrations, multilingual setup: tell us your wishlist and we'll quote it alongside the migration.

Do I need to arrange hosting? +

You'll need a host (that's the point - you choose it), and we'll recommend options that fit your traffic and budget. We handle the deployment and configuration either way.

How long does a migration take? +

A typical marketing site takes a few weeks end to end; larger sites with big CMS collections take longer. The plan we prepare upfront includes a concrete timeline.

How does pricing work? +

Fixed price, quoted after we review your Webflow site - migrations are well-defined projects, so there's no reason for open-ended billing. Payments in USD, EUR, or PLN.
