Vue.js & Nuxt.js Development

Vue or Nuxt? One team that builds both.

Vue powers the application layer; Nuxt wraps it with server rendering, SEO, and site infrastructure. Most projects need one of them - some need both. We've spent close to 10 years with Vue and earned Official Nuxt Partner status, so the stack recommendation you get from us is experience, not preference.

Results across both sides of the stack.

Load times cut from 6 seconds to 0.2. Communication in-house teams call exemplary. The framework varies; the outcome doesn't.

“Coditive helped us go from 6 to 0.2 seconds load times on our frontend. We collaborate easily through Basecamp and Bitbucket and they react to our task instantly.”

What you get

What you get when you work with us

01 Fit

The right tool, recommended honestly.

App behind a login? Vue alone may be all you need. Public site that has to rank? Nuxt. A product with both faces? Both, sharing components. We'll tell you which - including when the boring answer is the right one.

02 Performance

Speed and SEO from one stack.

Server-side rendering gives search engines and AI models real content to read; the Vue layer keeps every interaction instant once loaded. You stop choosing between a fast app and a findable site.

03 Coverage

One partner across the whole build.

Design, components, application logic, server rendering, deployment - one in-house team carries the project end to end. No seams between a 'website vendor' and an 'app vendor'.

04 Economics

Maintenance bills that trend down.

One language across the stack, shared components between site and app, and a modern architecture that doesn't fight its own framework. That combination is why these projects age well.

The two halves

Vue for the app. Nuxt for the site.

Vue.js - the application layer

Where interactivity lives: the interfaces your users work in after they've arrived.

  • Single-page applications, dashboards, and tools behind a login.
  • Custom components and design systems shared across products.
  • Widgets and embedded apps inside existing platforms.

Nuxt - the website engine

Where discovery happens: the public-facing layer that has to load fast and rank well.

  • Marketing sites, content platforms, and e-commerce frontends.
  • Rendering strategy per page: server-side, static generation, or hybrid - whatever each route needs.
  • SEO and performance tuning built into the architecture, not patched on.

Why Coditive

Partner-level Nuxt, decade-level Vue.

Official Nuxt Partner is a status you can verify on nuxt.com - it comes from shipped work, not a form. Underneath it sit close to 10 years of Vue projects: apps, migrations, rescues, and the scar tissue that makes architecture recommendations trustworthy.

01

02

Close to 10 years of production Vue work across four continents.

03

One in-house team for design, frontend, backend, and project management.

What's the actual difference between Vue and Nuxt? +

Vue is the JavaScript framework - components, reactivity, the application itself. Nuxt is built on top of Vue and adds what websites need: server-side rendering, routing, SEO infrastructure, and deployment conventions. Roughly: Vue builds the app, Nuxt turns it into a fast, findable website.

How do I know which one my project needs? +

One question gets you most of the way: does the public need to find it through search? Internal tools and apps behind a login do fine on Vue alone. Marketing sites, stores, and content platforms need Nuxt's server rendering. Products with both a public site and a logged-in app typically use Nuxt throughout and share components. We'll confirm the choice on the first call - free, no commitment.

We built a Vue SPA and Google can't see it. Can you fix that? +

Yes - this is one of the most common projects we take on. Depending on the codebase we either migrate the app into Nuxt or add server rendering for the routes that need indexing. Since it stays Vue underneath, your existing components survive the move.

Can you take over an existing Vue or Nuxt project? +

Yes. Audits, version upgrades, stalled rebuilds, and codebases the original developers left behind - we've inherited them all. You get an honest assessment first, then a plan.

Do you handle design too, or just development? +

Both. We have a UX designer in-house, so a project can start from a blank page or from your finished Figma file - whichever you have.

How do you handle pricing? +

Fixed price for well-defined projects, time and material for ongoing product work. Detailed estimate upfront, payments in USD, EUR, and PLN via bank transfer or Stripe.

Will I own the code? +

Yes. Full source code, deployment instructions, documentation - everything. No lock-in, no proprietary systems.
