How We Recruit

1. The First Step

This is the first step to starting a new adventure! Simply send us your CV, a link to your GitHub, or a cover letter. We’ll review it and get back to you regardless of the outcome.

2. A few questions

The next stage of our recruitment process is filling out a form. It includes a few questions to assess your IT knowledge and understand your approach to problem-solving.

3. Test task

It’s time to write some lines of code! You’ll have a few days to complete the task. You set the action plan and inform us of the deadline. Regardless of the outcome, you’ll receive a summary and feedback on your solution.

4. The technical interview

We want to learn more about your experience and skills. You’ll be invited to a short online meeting with Przemek, our CTO. Sit in your favorite chair and present yourself in the best possible way!

5. The second interview

You’re doing great so far, and we hope we are too! Now it’s time for the final stage of the recruitment process: a conversation with Paweł, our CEO. Take some time beforehand to think about any questions you’d like to ask your future boss.

6. Welcome on board

Congratulations! We’re thrilled and excited to welcome you to #teamcoditive. At this stage, you’ll receive a concrete offer, and as soon as you accept it, we’ll start conquering the universe together
