What will your work look like, and what will your responsibilities be?

Your main responsibility will be to deliver the visual aspects of applications and websites. For our projects, we most often use WordPress as the core platform.
It’s possible that you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and updating our own products, such as WordPress themes or plugins.
Working with us will give you the opportunity to showcase your skills in building the visual layer of projects with a pixel-perfect approach using technologies like Sass or ES6+.
You will be an essential part of our dev team, and we are confident that working with us will allow you to grow, while we learn something new from you.
Our expectations
Skills in implementing pixel-perfect designs and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including ES6+).
Knowledge of the Sass (SCSS) preprocessor.
Familiarity with GIT.
Basic knowledge of PHP.
Understanding of the WordPress platform.
Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written – in production work, we typically communicate with clients and partners from outside Poland, which makes knowledge of this language very important to us.

We appreciate if
You have experience in implementing WordPress themes – a link to a repository with completed projects or a website is highly appreciated.
You are familiar with design patterns and OOP principles.
You know tools like Gulp, Bower, NPM, and Webpack.
You are familiar with Vue.js.
You have experience implementing themes using Twig and/or Blade.

We offer full-time work based on a B2B contract, but we also provide the option of flexible working hours.
We work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On Tuesdays, we finish at 5:00 PM, so on Fridays, we can wrap up by 3:00 PM and start the weekend earlier.
English is the standard in the IT industry, and most of our clients are international. In our daily work, we constantly use English. When you start working with us, you’ll have plenty of time to improve your language skills before we throw you in at the deep end.
We strive to ensure our developers can focus 100% on their work, which is why client communication is handled by roles such as Account Manager and Project Manager. As a Developer, you will have direct contact with the client only when it genuinely streamlines the project workflow.
