WordPress Developer Wanted

What will your work look like, and what will your responsibilities be?
First and foremost, projects will be tailored to you to allow you to showcase the full extent of your talent. At Coditive, we constantly learn, and if we feel strong in a particular area, we don’t rest on our laurels but strive to get even better. This is exactly what we will expect from you.
Your primary responsibility will be to execute advanced projects using the WordPress platform: applications, integrations, portals, and various types of e-commerce services.
You will work closely with other team members, including supporting less experienced colleagues and performing code reviews for ongoing projects.
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our own WordPress themes and plugins.
Your duties will also include mentoring Junior Developers (e.g., in writing good and efficient code, project architecture, and working in line with best practices and industry standards).
Our expectations
At least 3 years of experience as a WordPress Developer,
Very good knowledge of the WordPress platform and WP coding standards,
Strong knowledge of PHP,
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
Familiarity with GIT,
Familiarity with the Gutenberg editor,
Experience in implementing themes using Twig and/or Blade (please provide a link to a repository with completed projects or a website),
Communicative English skills, both spoken and written – our clients are mostly from abroad, so proficiency in this language is very important to us,

We offer full-time work based on a B2B contract, but we also provide the option of flexible working hours.
We work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On Tuesdays, we finish at 5:00 PM, so on Fridays, we can wrap up by 3:00 PM and start the weekend earlier.
English is the standard in the IT industry, and most of our clients are international. In our daily work, we constantly use English. When you start working with us, you’ll have plenty of time to improve your language skills before we throw you in at the deep end.
