Changing the legal form and name of the company does not affect the continuation of the business. All contracts concluded by Indeon Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa remain valid: Coditive Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością becomes a party to these contracts.
